Pros
Like any other millennial, i wanted to create an impact with the work I was doing and i was glad when Inclov happened. Working there has been an emotionally and mentally rewarding experience. The work environment is really chill and the collegues are approachable and easy to confide into. Every once in a while, everyone, right from the founders to the employees, would sit across the table and discusses the everyone's problems and challenges and brainstorm about the solutions to those problems. Which is a great initiative as it keeps everyone aware about what's happening in the organization. This is one place where you'd actually get to create a difference in others life and the satisfaction you get within when you help others, is the best feeling ever.
Cons
It's based out of gurgaon so traveling will be a task if you live too far.
