      Nothing so far.... there is no much to talk about a positive things

      About negative things there is lot. 1.Not even single benefit. 2.Negative background verification if get a good job and leave. 3.No value for employee. 4.8hrs shift and there is no break. 5.No proper response from the management 6.If you ask HR Team regarding any info, there will provide in time 7.Very Very less salary with no growth and even there will take our original certificates with 2years bond. 8.Always threating emails to employees

      You will get a lot to learn, because l2,l3 work also done by 1 year exp guyz as they do not have senior employees

      Cons

      They do not have senior employees, every body will try to leave after completion of bond. Not good work culture, no hike in salary, 2 years bond(certificates) with 3 months of notice period when you leave.

      Worst management. They only hire to make use of the employee without giving any compensation. They always make false promises and when the time comes, simply turns their back
