      Indus : Bad people to work with

      Pros

      Very few, In initial days, you will get to learn new things and knowledge about domain, that too if you are hired for a Banking domain project. Yearly bonus is good. and Increments are better than what you can observe in market.

      Cons

      No Work-Life balance No culture Irritating policies. Poor management no work from home policy. Dirty politics No Flexible timings after a point all you are doing is Bull-work and nothing new to learn. If you are working on a project which is not of Indus and of some US client, u will learn nothing, your growth is finished.

      I don't think there is any good reason to work here.

      Cons

      No work life balance, the Flat structure of management.Unnecessary pressurizing employees.Expect you do 3 days work in a single day.Poor project management.Employee unfriendly policies.

      Good if you are a backend resource

      Pros

      It's good if you are a Oracle PLSQL resource, there's an opportunity to work on Advance PLSQL but not good for Java enthusiasts.

      Cons

      Too much workload and expectations. Confirmation after probation could be difficult if you proved to be an average performer in initial learning period too. No major new technology exposure.
