Pros
IICS had given me the opportunity to grow more of my related field which is Mechatronics. They are a multi diverse company which aims to develop further their research and development in terms of Industrial automation and control as well as Mechanical and Instrumentation division. The challenge in everyday job makes me ask for more knowledge I may procure.
Cons
Due to small number of manpower they tend to take outsourcing their manpower in order to execute a project more efficiently.
