Standard company welfare as compared to other MNC companies. Regularly having events monthly maintaining bonding between the employees.

In regards of workload, senior director is having favouritism and biased towards the staff engineer. Senior who taking all the credits meanwhile the newbies working so hard just to avoid unnecessary stress from the management. In terms of work assignment and arrangements, newbies are “assigned” to do more and more job daily, without proper guidance from the management, making the newbies suffering all the time. Mentality stressed overload and unable to seek help from the management. Higher performer will be assigned to more workload instead of the senior taking care of the junior, but penalising the junior for not working hard enough. Feeling helpless and feeling so demotivated to work everyday, also worried that the director will anyhow blaming on you for not performing well on your platform.

1. uncompetitive salary and bounus (<= market price) 2. Low work pace, which may not be suitable for individuals who prefer a more fast-paced and dynamic work environment

A comfortable work place if looking for stability(retirement). Open to hire internal staff that might not have background applicable for the job.

If you are looking for vertical progression, this is definitely not the place as people are not leaving and only able to rotate horizontally. Complicated system. Lots of approval required from different teams before able to make a decision/change.

too many projects that is top down from HQ as there are too many individuals there with very little headcount in the regions. salary increment is not to market even when the company is profitable for past 2 years unachievable KPIs in order to hit a B due to good results in last years

- Senior Director and engineer has unusual relationship and cause imbalance of task assignment - Management is abusing authority - Higher performer will assign more task, whereby poor performer literally don’t need to do any work.
