Think Twice Before Joining * Working for this company can seriously affect your mental well-being. Be fully prepared before accepting any offer here. * Salary payments are highly irregular. Almost every employee has pending salary dues. The longer you stay, the worse it gets — some employees with over a decade of service still have multiple months of unpaid salary. * There is no fixed salary date, and in some months salaries are not paid at all. These missed payments are never cleared, which causes salary dues to keep increasing over time. * Do not expect to receive pending salaries even after resignation. Many employees who left the company never received their unpaid dues. * Management is the worst part of this organization. The Director and MD frequently make promises they do not keep, and there is no trust or transparency. * This company shows no real concern for employees and has no clear future vision. I strongly advise others to avoid joining.
