This company is like a “pretend company” it’s basically little kids running a make believe business out of an office the size of a shed. The entire executive team is awkward, lack social skills, and clearly have no idea what they’re doing. The COO especially needs to take some type of management/ leadership course- she might be a workaholic. But a workaholic who is completely running the company into the ground. The COO and the CPO are failing the company & they know it so they pin their aggressions on their workers constantly. They are consistently creating a toxic work environment where employees feel uncomfortable not answering texts/phone calls from management at 9 o’clock at night on a SUNDAY. And to top it off- they’re paying international employees under the table who don’t have the proper documentation to even be WORKING IN THE U.S. this company is ran like a sweat shop- avoid this company at all costs if you can.
