Pros

This is a great company with great people and great benefits, including tuition reimbursement!

Cons

I really don't have any cons. working at Infosight was a great experience for me. I would still be there if I hadn't moved for family reasons.

Pros

Night shifts provide downtime that can be used to study and earn certifications, which may help you pursue better opportunities elsewhere

Cons

There is virtually no growth here. Training is nonexistent, and with no established procedures, you’re left to guess and figure out problems with no guidance. The work is primarily basic helpdesk tasks with little to no real security exposure, so you won’t gain meaningful experience or professional development. You are required to start on the night shift, and moving to days only happens if someone leaves. Regardless of tenure, job security is poor — even one mistake can cost you your role. Management relies on heavy micromanagement, offers false promises, and creates a demoralizing environment that can drain your passion for IT. Reviews painting this as a great place to work are misleading; you will quickly regret the decision. Your Level 2 analyst is often unsupportive and even demeaning, questioning your abilities rather than helping you grow. The benefits are subpar, and your sick days are combined with your PTO. This specifically reflects the Miami Lakes location.

Pros

Exposure to SOC technologies and beginner cybersecurity concepts

Cons

They take advantage of you being young and fresh out of school. They know you won't stand up for yourself if it's one of your first jobs. They pay minimum but the job is supposedly so important that it's mission critical for some clients. They have conflicting priorities and managers can't make up their minds as to who is right or who has more authority. No benefits.

I have been working at InfoSight for the past two years, and I must say it has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I joined, I felt a sense of belonging and was welcomed into a supportive and collaborative environment. One of the standout aspects of InfoSight is the company culture. The management truly cares about the well-being of its employees, fostering a positive work-life balance and encouraging professional growth. The open-door policy allows for transparent communication, making it easy to share ideas and concerns with supervisors and colleagues alike. The company's commitment to employee development is commendable. InfoSight offers various training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to enhance skills and advance in one's career. They truly invest in their employees and provide the resources needed to succeed. Supportive and collaborative work environment Commitment to employee development and career growth Emphasis on diversity and inclusion Modern facilities and technology Strong focus on employee well-being Engaged in community outreach and social responsibility Competitive compensation and benefits package

Pros

Not many... good work to put on a resume, but they don't really teach you much, so you will not have much growth. It used to be more lax... Free health benefits (awful benefits, 7000~ out of pocket max, high deductibles, high copays for treatment)

Cons

HORRIBLE micromanaging, in a tiny office there are almost 10 cameras. The environment is toxic, employees with seniority do not do jack, and get away with it. People oftentimes get fired no warnings or disciplinary actions taken beforehand. They start you in the night shift obligated, and you pray that turnover gets you to the day. Then you start day shifts, and workload is 5x more, with no benefits or additional experience. Also, it is clear that the positive reviews are AI generated by HR to make the company not look awful on glassdoor. There is a particular review where someone talks about their certification paths, and road in growth... newsflash, nobody here has gotten that path of certifications... People will see through the lies... Also, as they like to deny and deflect, this is for the Miami based cybersecurity company. I am reviewing the correct company...
