Low wages, high turnover on overhead staff, leadership is focused on partying and making friends with employees and constantly lies to appear intellectual to colleagues, DRAMA, exec will literally give you everything you want/need the first 6 months of knowing you and will hold it over your head for eternity, so much drama.
