-Accelerated Career Path - The pay is good and very rewarding for the effort that you put in -Good environment and great Talent -Huge growth opportunities on a personal and professional level -Flexibility in Career Paths (given we are still in the early stages of the business) -Competent and Capable Leadership -Despite being a startup, training and day-to-day operations are structured in a much better fashion than what happens in big corporations.
Cons
This really depends on the personality of the person: -The Job is very intense -It's not your typical 9-5 Corporate Job -Expect to wear multiple hats (which is great, but it could be overwhelming in some cases) -Long hours
