Super friendly and open environment where you can groom yourself and if you are looking to learn/ enhance your skills then this is the best place to get associated with. The best part is the management and the superior managers, they are not just concerned about the clients like other companies, they do take good care of their employees as an important part of them. Personally, I have learnt a lot of things here in a very short span, though they were challenging but yes, with each of these challenges I am learning something new each day and making myself a better me. Everyone possess some of the skills but here you will learn how to brush them to bring out the best in you and to implement them practically to make it beneficial for both yourself and the organization you are working with or will work with.
Cons
You will get a chance to work with clients from different industries and for those who come from a company where the entire team is working on the same client they may find it challenging. As here, each employee handles a dedicated client which helps you become both responsible and a decision maker. So if you wish to learn something out of the box then this is a place for you. Not exactly a con, but maybe for few.
