Pros

The culture is overall nice and lots of knowledgeable people to work from

Cons

They hide behind good culture and use it to convince people to work more. The amount of work can be really overwhelming and the pay doesn’t always make up for it depending on what kind of bonuses they will give that year. You will hear that it’s ok to set boundaries but no one take lunch breaks and if a client wants something you are expected deliver even if you have to work through the weekend suddenly.
