      Too much politics, salaries way below the average, commission plans that changes when people overachieve quota. There's a constant promise of career progress but the goals keep being moved when you get to them.

      Mostly Great People: The team is made up of fantastic individuals who are always willing to help. It creates a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Flexibility: There is some degree of flexibility in terms of working hours and tasks, which can be beneficial. (depending on the team) Lots of Events: If you enjoy socializing and networking, there are plenty of events to participate in. Career Starter: This company is a good place to kickstart your career and gain valuable experience. Perks: Health insurance extendable to family, Parking, office gadgets
