Pros
Every one of the employees is driven by the same mission of the company to help give back to the community. There is a great sense of community within the culture of the employees. Great flexibility in working conditions and schedule. Owners are wonderful and really believe in the mission company. There are many great benefits (both monetary and non-monetary) that come as part of the employment package to make sure you are taken care of.
Cons
Still working through some of the growing pains of an expanding company. There isn't a very clear career path defined. They will help with getting employees trained, but don't have a set of skills defined for each job in the company.
