Pros
If you have kids, this is a good place to work. The working hours are flexible for most of the roles and you can work from home easily. Most of the teams are easygoing. The financial background is excellent, so you don't have to worry about your wage.
Cons
After the covid most of the teammates continued to work from home. Quite sad to work in an almost empty office - and the performance was not the same. The overall strategy is as vague as the metaverse.
