      No real benefits. Hard to say anything nice.

      Cons

      Racist employees. Naive management. Worst work life balance in the industry. Full of pretentious and cocky professionals. Large drug culture. Severely behind the curve on Diversity, Equality + Inclusivity. Whole company has a massive chip on their shoulder.

      New company. Direct team was good. Nice office

      Cons

      The environment is very toxic. HR seem incompetent. High staff turnover. Middle management is a joke. For once it’s not the old men you have to worry about, it’s the middle aged women.
