The culture is very bad and atmosphere violent.
Constructive recommendations from staff are ignored. People who complain are fired creating an atmosphere of fear.
Lots of high level people joined the company because they are 'good friend of'. We might have been unlucky statistically as most of those people do not seem to be competant.

This atmosphere is SO bad that a couple of months ago an employee gave back his badge and computer one morning and left without doing his notice period. He had no job to go to and had never done that in his carrier before.

The company might change one day but make sure it has before you join.
