A high performance company with a strong technical team and leadership. Good salary, flexibility and a lot of good customers and projects

Cons

A terrible back-office team, lack of process, and distinct management models inside the different projects and business units. The culture in some offices outside of Brazil are also very different, like distinct companies, not only branches

No trust in management nor support from the team. Company dont care about fire people, so everybody is afraid about losing their jobs
