Pros
The work environment was flexible, the people were like family, and because it was a small company there was a great deal of responsibility. The company allowed employees to telecommute. Employees had access to upper management and were able to express their suggestions.
Cons
Salaries were low, raises were hard to come by, and benefits were lacking.
