      Good employee health benefits, the number of workdays per week is good compared to other retail jobs.

      Cons

      No standard of operation for many things and throughout all outlets, management has no communication with beauty advisors. Do not protect their staff and their welfare

      Good environment and colleague. Free product to use

      Team commission and supervisor always take advantage and lazy stay inside the store room and keep manage you outside instead of help each other push the sales to hit the target
