A company which will give a person hike just cause they are good in gossiping and politics. 5 A boss, who won't be named (but rhymes with suishy) has has no idea how to be a boss, and only likes people who are as dumb as her. 6. A CEO who dreams to be a politician, but doesn't know he already has become one. 7. If you are expecting of growing in your career, by staying away from politics and just by doing Hard work, you are applying at the wrong place 8. Pay structure - if you are good at gossiping and politics - you'll be immediately promoted and get a double salary hike. Bunch of kids exploiting their employees and investors. Closed door environment (zero transparency). No roadmap (Founders do not know where the company is heading) Nepotism and Politics on all levels Firing almost half of the people every year.
