Great for those who enjoy the culture working in a small size firm, yet still connected with other colleagues from other offices. I find the yearly retreat a great chance to connect with the rest of the colleagues. Learning curve is steep because you get to wear many hats and initiate ideas. Great for those who seek out for entrepreneurial experience.
Cons
Work can get overwhelming since the team is extremely lean or when you are an individual contributor. You will need to find your own solutions especially when met with cost or resource crunch. If you are looking for mentor or someone to guide you along the way, you might be better off in a larger research agency.
