I genuinely believe Inspace is reshaping the industry

Pros

The ambition that Inspace has for its Stack and Portfolio products is founded on a very real set of industry challenges that have existed in CRE for decades. With over 15 years of experience working in the industry, I can honestly say that this product is, and will continue to change the way that funds, landlords, and agencies do business for the better. The product has begun to fundamentally shift the mindsets of longstanding titans in CRE towards a more optimized and client-focused way of doing business, saving professionals across the spectrum of the industry days and sometimes weeks of effort for previously onerous tasks - and letting them focus on engaging with their own clients in an elevated way. This sounds like a lot of hyperbole, but I humbly believe Inspace can and will continue to create new standards for doing business in CRE. The CEO has an admirable passion for being hands-on with the business and cares about doing the best for his company and its people. It is a pity that some of the other reviews posted appear to have misconstrued that intent. The individuals overall are wonderful to work with. It is a great pleasure to see such diverse representation in such a small company's leadership team.

Cons

Like all early-stage companies - growing pains are sometimes challenging. At Inspace, success is achieved by being able to proactively and creatively add value to the business - and I've watched those who can do so really thrive at the company.

A Politically Charged Management - Purely Toxic

Pros

Some colleagues are cool to work with.

Cons

1) The management lacks an inclination to tackle genuine problems within the company. Instead of fostering an environment that encourages open communication and problem-solving, they turn a blind eye to pressing issues, looking only at surface-level solutions that do little to address the core deficiencies. 2) The employer's tendency to engage in personal politics rather than make decisions based on merit and fairness. The management shows a clear inclination toward favoritism, providing special advantages exclusively to a select few deemed as "favorites." These chosen individuals are given preferential treatment when it comes to conflicts, promotions, important assignments, and career opportunities, often disregarding the skill or experience of other deserving employees. 3) One prominent concern lies in the management's failure to prioritize diversity and representation within the workforce. Rather than fostering an inclusive workplace that values individuals from different backgrounds, the employer gravitates towards maintaining a homogeneous environment that favors a select group of individuals. This not only perpetuates a lack of diversity but also stifles diversity of thought, hindering innovation and progress within the organization. 4) One of the most fundamental aspects of employee satisfaction and retention is access to basic benefits that contribute to a healthy work-life balance. Unfortunately, in this organization, the absence of adequate benefits leaves employees feeling undervalued and unsupported in many crucial areas.

Pros

1. Innovative workplace leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AR, VR, 3D, and AI, pushing boundaries in the CRE tech space. 2. Engaged and talented colleagues passionate about their work, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment. 3. Hands-on and dedicated managers genuinely invested in your professional growth and development. 4. Unparalleled opportunity to work on unique projects, contributing to something that's not being built anywhere else. 5. The agility and excitement of a young, high-growth startup where your contributions can have a significant impact.

Cons

1. There's a lack of structured professional development or training programs, requiring employees to be self-driven in their learning journey. 2. The environment can be ambiguous and fast-paced, which may not suit individuals seeking stability or extensive support. 3. Limited financial resources may pose challenges, as the company is still in the process of establishing its financial footing. 4. Applicants should be ready to thrive in an environment where excellence is expected and self-guidance is necessary.
