Pros

I did this to use Glassdoor

Cons

If you like to write daily summary everyday which is you have to list down what are the things that you do for that day , you have to do this every single day and submit it at the end of each day . This is micromanagement . The daily summary sheet is trackable, management knows that for a long time if you don't do the daily summary, management will punish you by making you do time sheet that you have to fill in everyday and submit it to management everyday. I hate doing this but if you like doing this , then go ahead and apply for a job at this company. Annual bonus very little . Management is very toxic who likes to also verbally abuse employees who is not as smart as them and employees that don't protect and stand up for yourself . Verbal abuse happens even during lunch break when you eat with the rest of the other colleagues from other dept and management and also during working hours if you work closely with this management. Always need to work on weekend .

Pros

They hire professional to help with employees' personal growth and stress management. No office politics. Free to voice our opinion.

Cons

Don't have many developers (only 4-5, divided to product teams), this means that some of our product were developed by 2-3 developers, sometimes alone. (This isn't really a cons, but a challenge)
