Pros

Leads are provided. Benefits are good. If you are young and green you can get a job here, get some experience then move on to a good agency where you can obtain a competitive salary and stable work environment.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other agencies, low level employees, causing lack of productivity and knowledge. You will be micro managed. No opportunities for advancement or pay increases (tiny cost of living increase for AMs only each year). No renewals paid.

Pros

No cap on income Access to multiple carriers Remote Work Company Happy Hours Great Co workers

Cons

Coming from traditional P&C an even Life Accident Health ..commercial truck insurance is very complicated especially when writing in multiple states with so many carriers. It will take some time to get up to speed. Company culture needs some work no need for a meeting every morning. Also bragging about working after hours is archaic and makes employees feel like balance between work and home is not possible. Better training is also needed especially for those learners that learn by doing.

Pros

Been here for about 16 months so far. It's pretty easy to be successful here, you, they start you off with easy leads and train you as you go and progress you into more difficult leads when you are ready. They provide a ton of leads that have a good close rate and the leads are honestly really good, no garbage that was transferred to you and doesn't know why he/she was transferred Motivating base salary that tops the competition, this shows they are confident with there leads and process Compensation and bonuses that top the competition as well, it's possible to make 6 digits and I believe if you don't make at least 80k, they probably wouldn't want you here anyway. Daily morning e-meeting that helps you stay up-to date and ahead of the competition, and to know your coworkers even in a remote setting, I know more about my coworkers in this remote setting than what I knew about coworkers in past work places where I worked there in person Great training always learning things you never knew here A team chat where we are always updating each other on new competition, and new tools After over a year, no mistakes in my compensation, to my surprise based on my past employers. I never feel like favoritism happens here and I always feel heavily supported by everyone around me and I try to support them back, feels like family really quick Work life balance, no need to work in weekends, although I hop on sometimes after hours when I feel like I got some good business I can take care of Literally wanted to work here until my non-compete was over to start my own business and now that i'm here I love it and I don't have to sell my soul to be a business owner

Cons

Only way to find cons is to be a negative individual. If I find any though I'll update my review.
