      Pros

      CEO & CFO care about their employees and are interested in their ideas and opinions. You are more than just a number! Insured Solutions has a great team of employees who value each other and collaborate well.

      Pros

      Every one works from home. The employees are all nice to work with. We all support each other and communicate well with each other.

      Cons

      Every process is outsourced to India and Philippines, the savings are not passed onto the employees to increase our salaries and benefits. We are all spread so thin and there is no room to advance in our own careers. The decisions made are ethically questionable.
