      Really bad tech stack, but besides that a great place! Don't know about average pay grade.

      Pros

      Good people, Good office, not open space!!!! Actual offices really rare to find such a place. Good management Developers can make a difference and impact flows and business.

      Cons

      Bad tech stack !!! Company is not really about technology, but rather about making money and profit. Almost no testing, there's no methodology (agile like). Deployment process is a mess, no CI / CD. Knowledge sharing is a real problem there.

      Pros

      I have been working at Intango full-time for more less a year, -Work with smart and fun coworkers. -Good pay To sum it up this is a great company with awesome culture, good pay.

      Cons

      Low levels of technology. They are not open minded to new technologies

      You can come and leave whenever you want

      The worst andeventure in two years. A business system built on lies. no one knows what they are doing. C level is really bad. salaries are very low. You have no options to growth. no bonuses. Then suddenly they lack off you. You need to work always include weekens. No life-work balance
