      Pros

      Met a lot of great people that are eager to grow and create positive change.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, that willingness and motivation to grow is met by management that is not listening to their teams and helping create solutions that are needed for the company to move forward. Often met with dead ends when escalating larger-scale issues to management. On the lower end of compensation compared to market and limited opportunities for professional growth.
