      You can enjoy the friendly facade of the management if you are a fresher.

      Cons

      Understaffed, salary below the minimum wage of Jakarta, even u're applied for backend, frontend, or devops in the end u will be a software developer and expected to do a lot of things unrelated to your skillset. If you expect this company to be just a stepping stone for you, think twice; you will be learning with a codebase that built in high turnover environment with tight deadline.
