Cons
You may be fired randomly when they make cuts. The company is dangerous with their decisions and often over indulges investment strategies. Upper management is blind to the actions of middle management (they are just there to collect a check) and front line employees often take the blame for the operational ignorance of managers. Additionally, anyone who actually cares about the successes of the company's clients are often blamed for any complaints made. Volunteering additional work, hours, weekends, etc. will yield no benefit to the employee, including job security. This job is volatile and should not be relied upon as the only income source.
