If you are starting off your entry career go for it. Good exposure Great learning space The above comes with after hours and hardwork WFH 3-5 days for non operations role.

Cons

persistent misalignment on role scope, and the highest c-suite will strip your authority and responsibilities overnight once you become politically inconvenient or stop being pliable. If you are ambitious stay out of here. Lack of autonomy Non transparency on budgeting No safety net for your role
