      Pros

      Steady work for many months.

      Cons

      Work 9 plus hours per day. Paid for 8. Low pay. No raises or incentives. I never worked for a title company that wrote employees up for every mistake to use against you when IST tries to fight your UI. They overwork you when busy and toss you aside when work slows down.

      Set your own schedule, work from home, company provides everything, salaried

      Cons

      Management does not communicate well, promises made that are not followed through on, no bonuses, no raises, no yearly reviews unless you ask

      Set your own chedule, decent work load, understanding supervisor, remote work, company supplies every thing

      Cons

      Could benefit from a weekly team meeting if done regionally to introduce remote workers and build a network of backups, could benefit from utilizing teams calendar more so we know which supervisor is out of the office or just out searching.which supervisors
