      Good development environment and with a good work-life balance for a consulting

      Pros

      Challenging projects where you can develop good knowledge. Leadership is really concerned about developing you. Work life balance is good in comparision with other consulting firms (but still is a consulting, so you may expect to work a lot!)

      Cons

      Salaries and Bonus are good in general, but much less than other consultings (BCG, Bain, McKinsey etc.)
