No HR. No transparency and professional conduct No revenue for the past eight years The company keeps changing its name every year It's registered name is Tru Spectra India Limited, but when I joined it was Intelexa Technologies, when the first one in our team left it became Intelexa Robotics Technologies, when I left it was changed to Intelexa Autonomy. All of these changes with no prior intimation to employees This company is a fraud. Don't waste your time and career here. The management (CEO and his wife) is a joke. While the CEO abuses and threatens his employees, his wife the so called HR sits back and enjoys. The company won't provide Experience and Relieving despite upholding your end of the agreement. The won't pay during the notice period which is abnormally long. Extremely toxic and narcissistic CEO spouts countless lies throughout your time there. When you resign, you will be blamed of stealing designs. Don't waste your time and energy to even think about joining this unprofessional organisation
