Not sure where to begin except when you dump lots of staff who are over 40 in both the US and France and hire new shiny people who still do little more than have meetings to have meetings. 1) Bad work-life balance for the pay and lack of brand name 2) Silos between departments 3) Lack of promotion opportunities 4) Highly political

Too many reorganizations, project transfer

Some people are rude and very impolite

HR has been lacking for some time due to poor leadership. No real programs in place to develop, engage, and connect people. Feels more like "check the box".

Horrible culture. More focused on chasing patent violators than on research and development. HR team is a revolving door of incompetent people. Highly political.

Processes aren't always defined, and there's a lot of manual work
