      Very compatible an competitive salary compared to other jobs in same field. You will get good experience but also rip your hair out. Cutting edge environment. Very knowledge people.

      Ongoing and everlasting politics, support staff in HQ is constantly rotating, nothing ever makes sense, little to no opportunity to grow, there are other companies that will value and honor your skills better

      Relaxed environment, a LOT of free time Freedom of speech Salaries are ok

      Extremely political. Managers are absolutely obssessed by who is going to be the new director/VP rather than technical topics and research. Promotions and salary increase are never fair, 100% based on how close you are to the director. You will learn nothing here, and won't progress technically, or maybe you will learn some politics tricks...

      Most of employees are phd holders doing research and development on wireless networks and video technology. Very competitive relocation fee and salary. Self-motivated phase kind of job routines. Very flexible and great life balanced working style. Great working environment and full of support among colleagues. Positive vibe and very International in terms of employee hiring. Place of people that know what they're doing. Great opportunities.

      Pros

      salary, benefits and overall compensation package is generous.

      Cons

      Management style is not always employee oriented. Strictly a numbers game that favors employees that create the most patents although these patents are never used for litigation. HR department is also not employee focused and will always protect the management first.
