Apart from getting your salary on time there is none. Save your career from this terrible organisation!! I had to resign just after a few months of joining because of burnout and i could tolerate unprofessionalism and harassment by the management
Cons
Extremely hostile and toxic work environment and alot of politics on the floor. People casually abusing and shouting and the HR says its an open work culture. Literally there is no professionalism even amongst the management. Alot of harassment and bullying by the supervisors and managers to the new joiners and they call it grooming the new joiner. The probation period is of 3-4 months and they will torture you beyond limits and they will say we are testing you sp that you dont crack under the pressure in front of the client No work life balance at you. Employees has to do alot of overtime like 3-4 hours post their shifts on a daily basis and no OT is provided. The HR will be nice to you initially but later on they will show their true colours once you reach out to them regarding your problems and they will only say you can resign if you are not comfortable No place to eat, you will be having your meals on the very desk you work on and that to in a hurry since there is so much work will be given to you. I saw my supervisors play Games and watch movies while we were doing their work as well. In my tenure i saw two illegal terminations of employees. The management is extremely biased especially the HOD of operations. You can only survive if you are a bootlicker otherwise they will have a ego problem with you.
