      No professionalism at all No empathy towards employees No career development unless and untill you are a slave to the management One of the most unhealthy work place I've ever worked. Most of the employees and speaking regional language malayalm including the heads, they also used to bad mouth other people using tha language The management team is not educationalist rather they behave like goons Using muscle power against competitors and their own employees

      Easy to get a job here. No background verification done for any of the new joiners.

      Cons

      Unprofessional attitude shown towards employees. Employees are sent back home at any given point of time. They in fact threaten employees to resign and leave on the same day without letting them no the reason for the same, hence there is a constant fear of Employment status. Payslips and no explanation on deductions given.
