      Pros

      They're always hiring (teachers leave every month)

      Cons

      There is no structure for teacher quality of life: no curriculum, no training, no pay scaling. They ignore any feedback or suggestions for improving, likely because the director keeps all the money they withhold from their staff. Most teachers are unhappy here.

      i loved everyone I worked with, including the director.

      Cons

      the pay was low compared to other language schools. pay was similar to a call center pay, even though as teachers we had to spend time lesson planning
