7yThank you for your comments! We are incredibly proud of our new office space and dedicated a lot of love, time and input to make it comfortable for our team. This is also a very exciting time for Intersection Technology Solutions as we are a growing company which provides employees with the opportunity to learn many areas of the business (which is an invaluable career experience). However, it is understandable that a position that requires metrics, wearing multiple hats, multitasking and switching gears at a moment’s notice may not be for everyone -- therefore we will ensure to outline roles and responsibilities more thoroughly during the interview/hiring process. We provide consistent support and incentives, as noted, and implement daily, weekly & monthly team check-ins as well as 30, 60, 90-day employee reviews. Nevertheless, we will continue to improve our lines of communication via verbal conversations and written documentation – especially when job performance is not being met. Your feedback will help us to continue refining our amazing company that our employees and customers love.
