Pros

Would’ve been the bonuses but they ended being close to nothing close to when I quit

Cons

We had almost like an on call schedule, you never knew if you would be working 10,9 or 8 hours. Pay is stagnant Raises are scarce No progression

Pros

The operations side of employment comes with more perks Some room to grow, but not very far No drug testing Extra days off around vacations (entire week of Christmas) Flexible being late, leaving early in operations side Two 15 minute breaks Workout room with extended breaks if you workout Bonuses

Cons

Start with 5 days vacation (but they do give off extra time around holidays) Poor management: Wants to grow but still manages like a small company. Management has their favorites. Strict with time in manufacturing side High turnover rate in the manufacturing side Not enough parking for the number of employees
