      The environment is quite fun because there are lots of young people

      Cons

      - decisions that always change without prior information even to lead stage - unstable commissions and unclear bonuses - management is a bit authoritarian and makes top to down decisions without thinking about employees at lower levels

      Flexible work, cool boss, no dress code, listening to ideas from any position, clear KPI, and good communication between divisions.

      Cons

      The job desk is more than a predetermined role, because working hours are flexible, sometimes weekends or evenings are still meetings, as business development but also taking care of operations.
