      Pros

      This company had a great hybrid telecommuting work schedule. They are also employee owned, so you have the opportunity to have stock shares within the company.

      Cons

      This company was the most discriminating company I have ever worked for. There is definitely some favoritism happening within this company. And I hate to admit it, but I believe there may even be some ethnic discrimination happening.

      Pros

      Employees have the opportunity to provide a great deal of input into our business processes. Intervine is an ESOP which is such an amazing compensation perk. The company has been around for nearly 30 years and has a talented team of Executives leading the way.

      Cons

      New jobs do not open up as frequently as some employees would like.
