Small company so we work as a team and can get solutions quickly. We build and stay so that mean we don’t sell if off after completion, we manage the relationships with our commercial and residential partners. We are a family driven culture and your voice is heard.
Cons
Things move fast and communicate can get missed but you can always ask and get the right answers.
