You will be having 8 Hours of free time daily so you can do whatever you like.

Cons

An Overhyped Company with a lot of fake LinkedIn Promotions. To all the people planning to join intuitive.cloud a very big "Red Flag" for you specially for all the fresher out there. Don’t fall in these Generous package trap which they are not gonna pay you eventually. Don’t spoil your career over here where you will be having just years of experience on CV and no skillset to display. Where there is a Zoo setup in Ahmedabad and you will trapped in that cage if you don’t choose your career right. Nobody cares for the freshers no training no mentorship no projects in hand no work to do its only the self learning that you need to do. Over here your skills will be measured by the Blog's you write which the company uses for marketing purpose which is not going to be your bread and butter. Whenever you go with an improvement suggestions there will be only one question that "what do you bring on the table" where there is no "table" at intuitive nobody actually cares, where your manager doesn’t comes to the office for weeks and even if he is in the office he never comes out and talk with the people present in the office so what is the purpose of work from office culture ? They boast on all platforms that we don’t micromanage things actually they don’t "Manage" things at all. To grow at Intuitive you should be having boot licking skills and you get enough opportunities. Manager is so bias he only interacts with few individual and then tells rest everyone "Intuitive is not the right place for you" In Fact "intuitive is not the right place" .

Thank you for your feedback. I understand you are upset with the decision based on intern evaluation program. You should focus your energies in positive direction as following with help your correct the actions: - Intuitive announced the refined process for evaluation in 60 days back. - If you didn’t make it thru the process for based on certain criteria, and if you are not satisfied, I suggested you to reach out to HR and if unresolved. personally offered you an option to reach out to me and provide data. Aparantly, you haven’t done that. I still welcome you to do that. We do not need to justify growth, revenue and allocation of resources in public forum. Fact of the matter is that top executives from major hyperscalers and GSI’s joining Intuitive and onboarding number of enterprise customers in 2023 alone speaks volume. If 28 out of 39 engineering Interns are converted to full-time; process is followed thru appropriately and where necessary we have provided additional opportunities for deserving individuals to go thru re-evaluation. End of the day Intuitive technical leadership team reserves to right to make the decision that is right for Intuitive to deliver exceptional customer success. We wish you a great career ahead. I welcome to opportunity to speak to you and resolve your concerns.

Pros

Dont see any pros as my career n Health is ruined joining ITP

1.This organization is small with no more than 20 employees. There are no clients n projects for this company and employee join here have to work on the useless stuff . Everything is showoff in ITP 2. Too much of micromanagement and only show off employees are considered working. 3. No Flexibility in working hours and work-life balance 4. Hikes are given only for show off employee and people actually work on project gets nothing. 5. Rude and Arrogant managers who does have least concern about employees. 6. ITP boasts No Nonsense work in their offer letter but in reality employee has to work on all Nonsense projects with no scope for growth technically. 7. High Job insecurity and Employees are thrown any time from organization . 8. No benefits were provided to employees. 9. Treat employee with respect. 10. Technical growth is Nil as ITP expects everything to learn from google and not ready to spend on trainings for Employee. Only show off people get the trainings.

Pros

Guys, Dont fall prey to positive reviews posted on Glassdoor. All the reviews are cooked up and most them are anonymously written by the CEO & CTO . ITP is good for nothing . One strange thing about ITP is every employee is either a practice director or practice lead or manager. No technical resources everyone is manager and everyone feels superior than other employee.

Cons

this feedback is given not out of frustration but after careful though process to enlighten the job seekers. There are N cons when it comes to ITP. 1.Salary: Salary doesn't credit on time . Salary credits into account only on 15th and most of times even delayed further. 2. Salary Hikes: This is a fancy word and only certian people who does butter up to CEO n CTO are supposed to get hike 3.Management: Managers here are dumb who are neither good management nor technical. 4.Transport: No cab is provided for employees in Night shift and all the employees needs to come in EST time zone with their own Risk 5.Cafeteria: No room for cafeteria as whole office itself is the size of dormitory in big corporates. 6.Work: Be ready to work on crap projects as ITP has no solid clients and company will make sure you to work on all crap projects deviating your core skills. 7. Job Security: Job security is a myth in ITP, ITP has the utmost job insecurity. Employees are treated as tissue papers and are thrown out anytime. This is best place to land if you need high job insecurity. 8. Provident Fund: No PF as the company has no more than 15 employees. 9. HR&Policies: No HR, no policies are framed as employees are treated as slaves and should abide what ever the instructions come from CEO n CTO. 10: Personal Life: Personal Life is a myth or dream, ITP will ensure to make employee work overtime on crap things 11: CEO&CTO: These guys are the key owners who are good for nothing and all decisions are vested in the hands of them from appraisals to getting projects ,employee timeoff's..etc. These guys are neither good in people management nor technical just by sheer luck with the amount they invested became the owners of company.
