Pros

As an employee I have grown in my role and developed under the amazing leadership provided by the CEO. My ideas and inputs are heard and discussed. If you are hardworking, innovative and want to change how cloud security and devops works this is the place to be.

Cons

If you are laid back and not willing to go the extra mile then this is not the place for you. New ideas are encouraged and also expected. Be ready to contribute and participate. You will not be able to coast along.

Pros

Accelerated skill development – Immediate ownership of production features enables rapid technical growth. Accessible leadership & mentorship – Senior engineers and executives provide regular, actionable guidance. Modern cloud-native stack – Projects span AWS serverless, React, Node.js, Kubernetes/OpenSearch, keeping skills market-relevant.

Cons

Relentless pace: Delivery cycles move quickly, rewarding agility but leaving little room for coasting. Ever-evolving tech stack: New AWS services and front-end frameworks are adopted early, so continuous upskilling is mandatory. Ownership equals accountability: Individual contributions are highly visible—great for impact, but mistakes surface just as fast.

Experience working at Invi Grid

Pros

Working at Invigrid as a Cloud Engineer has been a rewarding experience, offering a balanced mix of structured goals and professional growth. The work environment is collaborative and supportive, with clear, time-bound deliverables that keep projects focused and efficient. There's a strong emphasis on continuous learning, which has significantly accelerated my technical and architectural expertise. Additionally, being involved in product management alongside engineering responsibilities has provided valuable exposure to cross-functional decision-making and a broader perspective on delivering value to customers.

Cons

One of the main challenges at Invigrid is the fast-paced environment, which can sometimes lead to context switching and handling multiple priorities simultaneously. While this fosters growth, it may feel overwhelming during peak delivery phases.
