Invotra's culture and value statements are not wholly aligned with the reality of working there. Long hours and heavy workloads are the norm for delivery teams , and staff find it hard to dedicate the appropriate time to their apprenticeship training within their working hours. Senior management hold staff accountable to standards they do not demonstrate themselves
