8yThank you for your review. As a global organization, we are always striving to improve. Whether it be our local or global leadership, or our offices in USA, France and Australia. As you were a former employee in one of our offices in the USA, there is some confusion as your review seems to focus on a more global scale. Maturity of each Country’s offices differ at Ippon Technologies. France began in 2002, Ippon USA opened our first office in 2014, and Ippon Australia opened in 2016. As you can imagine, each country is at a different level of maturity. However, we are all driving toward the same goal. To be the best at what we do, and offer to our clients.
In regard to the specific issues you list relating to employee turnover, we are actually well below industry averages for employee turnover here at Ippon USA. We have a high retention rate for employees ranging from Engineers to Staff. Business Development at Ippon USA is a highly visible and highly regarded position. We view our Business Development team as leaders in the organization and the industry. This includes being authentic and helping our clients with their business and technology problems.
