      We place great importance on the way we work as the basis for people to feel they are able to balance their work and personal commitments. When it comes to growth and progression, please work with your leader to define how you want to grow and how best to achieve your goals. I'd like to understand what you come up with and happy to chat on that. In terms of benefits, these are hopefully simply to understand but aren't without features.
