      Pros

      I met some good people and gained good industry experience for renewables. Base salary PTO 3 weeks/year

      Cons

      Poor/no communication from management or HR Disorganization Constant change in org structure No consistent salary reviews/adjustments with added responsibility (more work, no pay) No bonuses No training Main product offering is very poor for the industry No clear path for growth or opportunities Siloed departments, especially between North America and Spain

      Pros

      You start working in renewable energy which is a big industry in US. People are great but you have to speak spanish to feel comfortable with them.

      Cons

      HR doesn't exist, support from Spain HQ is a nightmare, there are not procedures, talented people leave early. Rotation is really high, maybe is a risk because you can get fired easily.
